You must read and agree to the following Terms of Service when purchasing this JTAG service:

If your system is not compatible with JTAG, you will be presented with other options or it will be sent back. No refunds on shipping.

Even if you have the correct dash (kernel), sometimes the systems have been patched. There is no way of knowing this without starting the JTAG. If this is the case, the system is sent back, but a $20 service fee applies (plus shipping).

In the rare event that the system develops other problems while in the possession of Console Repair Guy, we will contact you with options. If we believe that we caused the damage, the repair will be done completely free. If it can not be repaired, you will be refunded the total cost and the system will be shipped back.

If it can not be repaired, you will be refunded the JTAG cost and the system will be shipped back.

Online play is strongly discouraged, as the system will easily be detected as modified and banned.

You will not use this customization to pirate, copy or steal any copyrighted material.

Console Repair Guy will not be held responsible for any loss of functionality, damage or malfunction caused by the use or misuse of this customization. It is your responsibility to learn how to use it properly. We will not be held liable for any legal issues that arise from the use or misuse of this customization.

Terminology:

"This customization" refers to the Xbox 360 JTAG Service.
"The system" refers to your Xbox 360 console.
"You" refers to the owner of the Xbox 360 console.
"We" refers to ConsoleRepairGuy.com and associates.
