Have the JTAG mod done to your Xbox 360.

This allows you to boot homebrew software as well as use an alternate dash.

Please note: Not all systems are able to have the JTAG mod done. We recommend checking out the Xbox 360 RGH CoolRunner CR3 Install Service as it provides the exact same functionality.

Check the manufacture date of your system on the back of the console. If it is before 06-12-2009 and you have not played any new games released since June 2009 or connected to Xbox Live since that time, you should be OK, but you also need to check your system kernel to make sure it is at or below 2.0.7371. Click here for directions on how to do this.

Not all 7371 or 7363 kernel versions are exploitable: The only way to know for sure is to send us your Xbox 360 so we can dump the flash and check if it is exploitable. There will be a non-refundable charge of $20 to do this check. If the console is not exploitable, we will refund your payment (minus $20 and the shipping fee) and send the console back to you.
